These general terms and conditions apply to all events organized by homemade feminist cultural association to promote pleasure, body acceptance and consensus (hereinafter “the organizer”). By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts these conditions.
The contract is concluded upon payment of the ticket price. The confirmation is sent by e-mail or another suitable means of communication.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event for reasons beyond the control of the organizer (e.g. force majeure), the ticket price will not be refunded. Should the organizer exceptionally cancel the ticket, the ticket price will be refunded. There are no further claims.
If we have to cancel your ticket as an exception, you will of course get your money back.
The tickets are personalized and access to the event is only possible with a valid photo ID.
In the event of violations of house rules or inappropriate conduct, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the event. In this case, the ticket price will not be refunded. In the event of serious violations, future events may be excluded for a period of up to three years.
The organizer is only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for other damages is excluded.
Admission checks as well as bag and body checks are carried out by the event venue's security staff. In case of refusal, access to the event may be denied. A refund of the ticket price is excluded in this case.
Compliance with the dress code described in the event text is mandatory. In case of non-compliance, access to the event may be denied without any right to a refund.
The events are only accessible to people over 18 years of age. With the purchase, the ticket buyer confirms that they have reached the minimum age. There is no refund claim in the event of fraud and an exclusion from future events is possible.
The organizer reserves the right to deny people access to the event or to exclude them from the event if they violate the established rules. There is no claim for a refund in this case.
Respectful behavior is essential at the organizer's events. In the event of violations, the organizer may order exclusion from the event without prior warning.
The organizer is not liable for force majeure events that result in the cancellation or postponement of the event.
The organizer reserves the right to change the program or the participating artists at short notice. In this case, there is no right to a refund of the ticket price.
Photographing, filming and recording audio at the organizer's events is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, there will be immediate exclusion from the event and a future suspension may take place.
It is prohibited to carry dangerous objects, weapons and illegal substances. In case of infringement, access to the event may be denied.
Participants are liable for damage they cause to the event venue or to the property of third parties.
The organizer assumes no liability for services provided by third parties. Complaints must be addressed directly to the respective providers.
Personal data will only be used to process the event and will only be passed on to the extent necessary. Processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.
Lost items must be reported to the venue. The organizer assumes no liability for lost items.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. An ineffective provision will be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision.
Austrian law applies to the exclusion of the UN sales law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organizer.
