Our Human Resources (employee management) is our youngest working group and is responsible for all personnel related tasks. She takes care of the registration and billing of people working at our events and is in contact with our tax consulting firm.
In addition to the ongoing ToDos in connection with our events, we are also currently focusing on creating structures and processes to be even more efficient within our working group.
If you have an understanding of finances, taxes and payroll contributions and would like to contribute to the further development of our Human Resources working group, you are a perfect match. However, knowledge and experience in human resources or in the financial sector are not a prerequisite for being able to work with us. We welcome all people who are reliable, happy to take on responsibility and who find it easy to meet deadlines.
Submit an exemplary funding application (a few sentences are enough), where you explain to a government institution what homemade is and why it promotes the feminist art and cultural scene (and we therefore need funding).
