I was only been able to purchase a pre-check-in ticket, but I can't make it to the pre-check-in, how do I deal with that?

Please don't buy a pre-check-in then, let it expire and we'll see you next time. We have to handle quite a lot of naked angels on the evening itself and need your cooperation to do so. The slots & the pre-check-in is binding. Only in case of emergency please contact ticketing@hausgemacht.org.

Where can I find the pictures from the Photo Corner?

The password for your event is on your purchased ticket, you can find the photos on our Photos page.

I have lost/forgotten something, where can I turn to?

We are not legally authorized to take lost items. So please contact the location directly for lost & found. In the case of FrüherKommen – 10 Jahre hausgemacht this is Club Exil.

Where can I find XYZ?

We try to vary with our offer at each ZusammenKommen and to work with different people each time. You will find the location plan for the current ZusammenKommen in your mailbox after you have received your confirmation e-mail.

In most of the locations where we host, it is possible.

Is taking pictures allowed?

No. Taking pictures will result in immediate expulsion from the event. We have our own photographer who will be happy to capture your great outfits for you. The cameras on your phones must be taped off at all times - if they are not, we will have to remove you from the party.

What are the rules for the intimacy zones?

As we now have several intimacy zones, the rules vary. The FLINTA* intimate zone can only be visited by FLINTA*s. All intimate zones have in common that they can only be visited by two or more people and not alone. It is also not possible to enter with drinks. After all, it is dark & glass is dangerous.

Where do I stand in line if I was at the pre-check-in?

If you visited the pre-check-in - which we strongly encourage you to do - you can queue in the "FASTLANE". This will save you a lot of time because we don't have to check most things on the spot.

Shoes must match a party - please use sturdy & safe footwear.

Is there anything to eat on site?

This also varies from team to team. You can find the info if there is food this time in the event description on social media or at http://www.hausgemacht.org/events. If there is nothing to eat and you have a medical need for e.g. sugar - please let us know in time by private message on Instagram or by mail to mailto:ticketing@hausgemacht.org so we can find a solution together.

When is the box office?

This varies from event to event. At most gatherings we do not have a box office. If we have one, you can find the info in the event description on social media or at http://www.hausgemacht.org/events. For FrüherKommen – 10 Jahre hausgemacht, there will not be a box office.

Do I get my money back if my outfit doesn't fit or my behavior is inappropriate?

No, otherwise we would not have any planning security and this concept would not be possible. Please only buy a ticket if you are willing to abide by the rules and could tolerate a potential loss.

What is the Pre-Check-in/FASTLANE?

The pre-check-in will take place one day before the event at Club U. Please bring your ticket, photo ID, and a photo of your outfit. At the event itself, if everything fits, you can skip the line via the FASTLANE. You have booked your admission slot for Club Exil with your ticket.

I don't speak german, can i still apply for access and join the party?

Yes of course. Some parts of our website will need some DeepL/ Google Translate but we are bilingual at the doors and also inside. The application process, the event information and the FAQs are available in English.

How many points did I score on my application ?

This is not school! That's why there is neither a grade nor a score. As mentioned above, everyone else who goes through the application sets the standard - not us.
